The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has teamed up with Ask the Agent to add another tool to NAR Realtor Benefits: a video communication and broadcast platform that helps real estate agents engage more effectively with clients.
“NAR provides our members with cutting-edge tools that help them succeed in today’s fast-paced real estate environment,” NAR Vice President of Strategic Alliances Rhonny Barragan said in a release. “Ask the Agent’s interactive video solutions allow agents who are Realtors to maximize their time while engaging clients 24/7, ensuring they never miss a sales opportunity.”
Through Ask the Agent, users can access professionally produced, interactive videos that answer frequently asked questions and feature automated lead generation, in-depth insights and detailed reports. The platform is designed to support both individual agents and enterprise-level organizations, offering a scalable way for state and local organizations to support their members, streamline communication, and enhance digital engagement.
In addition to customizable video libraries and automated video responses, Ask the Agent includes a “Digital Twin” feature, which allows agents to use artificial intelligence to create a video avatar that automatically responds to client inquiries around the clock. The features can extend across an entire organization, allowing consistent messaging, training and support.
“Ask the Agent is becoming an essential solution for today’s real estate professionals,” Ask the Agent CEO James Beckmann said. “With over 4 million homes listed annually in the U.S., every listing is a chance to make a connection — and a missed opportunity without the agent’s voice in it. Our interactive video platform brings real estate professionals to life through the online shopping experience — showcasing their value, answering questions, prompting action, and capturing leads — while elevating the client’s first impression from the very first click.”
Through the partnership, NAR members are eligible for a discount on Ask the Agent’s monthly or annual plans for the first year.
