The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has issued a report analyzing coronavirus-related complaints received during the pandemic, and mortgage issues topped the list.
The Complaint Bulletin, which reflects data from complaints submitted this year, shows there were a total of 4,500 complaints mentioning coronavirus or COVID-related terms out of a total 143,609 complaints from the beginning of 2020.
