The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has filed suit against Citizens Bank, N.A. for allegedly violating TILA by failing to properly respond to credit card disputes.
The complaint also alleged the bank failed to fully refund finance charges and fees when consumers asserted disputes or fraud claims.
