A group of housing organizations have filed a federal lawsuit alleging Redfin redlines.
The National Fair Housing Alliance and nine other agencies are claiming the Seattle-based real estate brokerage violated the Fair Housing Act by offering its services in predominately white neighborhoods at a substantially greater rate than it does in communities of color.
