Mortgage disclosure rule target date announced

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau released its semiannual regulatory agenda on Jan. 8, announcing its plans to release the final mortgage disclosure rule, as well as confirming target dates for other final rules, several of which are imminent. The agency also included a description of at least one long-term action concerning Regulation B – Business Lending Data. Read on for the mortgage disclosure rule timeline as well as details on efforts surrounding the other rules.
