An Arkansas borrower who was current on his mortgage alleged his servicer ordered his home to be demolished while he waited for a full accounting of his loan.
The plaintiff said he sent multiple qualified written requests to Wells Fargo over three years, but the servicer did not respond in a timely fashion as required by RESPA.
