The Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a lawsuit alleging a Toledo landlord offered female tenants reduced rent in exchange for sex, and threatened to evict those who objected. This is the 12th lawsuit alleging a pattern or practice of sexual harassment in housing that the department has filed since it launched its Sexual Harassment in Housing Initiative in late 2017.
