The House of Representatives has passed a spending package funding the federal government for fiscal year 2020 that provides authority for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) through Sept. 30.
The bill also extends several tax provisions important to real estate markets and reauthorizes the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA) for seven years.
