McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Aaron Kouhoupt has joined the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Regulatory Compliance team in Cleveland as Of Counsel.
Aaron brings more than 15 years of experience as both in-house and outside counsel for a variety of banks and financial institutions. He counsels clients on a host of regulatory compliance matters, as well as “traditional banking” from privacy to bankruptcy to risk management. He is currently licensed in Maine and earned a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden.
