A decline in global growth and low housing inventory contributed to a drop in foreign investment in U.S. residential real estate over the past year.
That’s according to an annual National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) survey, which showed that foreign buyers purchased fewer U.S. existing homes from April 2018 through March 2019.
