The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) entered a voluntary compliance and conciliation agreement with Ka Hale A Ke Ola Homeless Centers, Inc. (KHAKO) in Wailuku, Hawaii.
HUD said the agreement resolving allegations KHAKO discriminated against a tenant with disabilities by failing to offer her reasonable accommodations and subjecting her to harassment and retaliation.
