The Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a lawsuit against an Atlanta management company and its property owners alleging housing discrimination against African-Americans.
The lawsuit contends, among other things, that the defendants steered elderly and disabled African-American housing applicants away from a superior housing complex that housed mainly white residents.
