A status hearing in a lawsuit that accuses the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the four largest national real estate broker franchisors of violating federal antitrust laws by conspiring to require home sellers to pay inflated buyer broker commissions has been rescheduled for next month because of public health concerns.
The lawsuit was filed in March on behalf of sellers who paid a broker commission in the last four years.
