The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit claiming the trade association and the four largest national real estate broker franchisors violated federal antitrust laws by conspiring to require home sellers to pay inflated buyer broker commissions.
NAR also vowed to fight two “copycat” lawsuits.
