Home ownership rates have increased gradually after taking a hit after the housing bubble, but wide racial disparities still exist, according to a new report by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
NAR examined home ownership trends by state from 2009 through 2017, including rates among African-Americans, Asian and Pacific Islanders, American Indians and Caucasians.
