Oral arguments have been scheduled in a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) lawsuit against an online lender and its partners accused of collecting money borrowers did not owe.
The CFPB’s case against CashCall will go before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals this fall in Pasadena, Calif.
