Quicken Loans has agreed to pay $32.5 million to settle a dispute involving the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Developmentās Federal Housing Administration lending program.
Federal Judge Gerald E. Rosen recently entered an order dismissing the 2016 suit with no legal findings of fault or admissions of guilt against Quicken, which had been under investigation since April 2012.
