The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has added to its integrated marketing communications team.
Effective May 6, Alicia Bailey will become NAR’s director of creative and marketing strategy. She will report to Susan Welter, NAR’s vice president of creative and content strategy.
“Alicia brings nearly 20 years of content, brand and communications experience that will elevate the quality of our marketing and member communications,” said Victoria Gillespie, NAR’s chief marketing and communications officer. “She will be integral in ensuring consistent branding and messaging across the organization.”
Bailey joins NAR having worked at TV shows including “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” HGTV’s “House Hunters,” “Love It or List It” and the Emmy award winning talk show “Steve Harvey.” She most recently served as the creative director for the lifestyle and entertainment program “Pickler & Ben.”
Throughout her career, she has developed communication strategies aimed at nurturing corporate relationships, created and distributed on-brand content materials and brought conceptual ideas to life through all manner of on-air, print, digital, radio and experiential marketing.
“I am excited to take on this new role at NAR and use my wealth of marketing, branding and creative experience to tell compelling stories on behalf of our members and property owners,” said Bailey. “I look forward to further building NAR’s brand, creating value for our members and amplifying our voice in the real estate industry.”
