Bank of America failed to properly maintain and market foreclosed properties in African-American and Latino communities, according to a federal lawsuit.
According to the National Fair Housing Alliance’s (NFHA) suit, the bank engaged in racially discriminatory conduct affecting communities of color in 37 cities around the country.
