CFPB fines debt-relief payment processors

NAR: More markets reach double-digit price gains

Pending home sales fall again

Pending home sales dropped in March, signifying five straight months that contract activity has declined, according to the National Association of Realtors. CFPB releases annual FDCPA report

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau recently submitted its annual report to Congress on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The report found some supervised debt collection entities have reported an increase in consumer contacts and payments.
